The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act), enacted on July 30^th of 2008, mandates a nationwide licensing and registration system for mortgage loan originators.  Specifically, the Act requires a registration process for any employee of a Federally Regulated Institution that meets the definition of a Mortgage Loan Originator.  Below you will find the appropriate NMLS numbers for Eagle Community Bank and it’s Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO).
