Eagle Community Bank recognizes that COVID-19 presents challenging times for all. We would like to update you on our proactive steps to continue to serve all of your financial needs. Governor Walz recently lifted restrictions allowing businesses across Minnesota to re-open services to its customers, provided proper measures are in place for its customer’s safety and well-being. Eagle Community Bank has taken precautions and has re-opened our lobby to provide full-service to our customers. Our priority of course is the health and well-being of our customers and our team members.

We would like to inform you that Eagle Community Bank has added several additional practices to help our customers feel safe by following guidelines set by the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health including:

  • Providing Personal Protective Equipment at a COVID-19 station near our entrance, which includes access to face masks, latex gloves, and hand sanitizer for our customers free-of-charge for optional use while in our Bank
  • Practicing Social Distancing
  • We have installed plexiglass partitions at our Teller Window and New Accounts Service Desk
  • Our Drive-Thru window, customer areas in the lobby, and pens are sanitized before and after each use and throughout the day
  • Cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces and workspaces based on CDC guidelines
